REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) being returned/exchanged must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.  
All sales are final on sale items, gift wrapping, gift cards, and limited edition items.
To start the return/exchange process, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Please include the following in your email:
     •  Order number
     •  Proof of purchase (receipt)
     •  Item(s) to be returned/exchanged
     •  Reason for return/exchange
When returning or exchanging your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s). Once your item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund approval or denial.
Returns are subject to denial of refund if the item(s) has been opened or used.
Returns that are approved will be refunded on their original method of payment, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing order.

DAMAGED ORDERS
We package everything with care. However, in the event your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following in your email:
     •  Order number
     •  Proof of purchase (receipt)
     •  Photos of the damaged product(s)
     •  Photos of the package
